Worldwide Auto Leasing ("we", "us") operates worldwideautoleasing.com and related services. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the website, by phone, by text message and by email.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, phone number, email, ZIP code, the vehicle you are interested in, trade-in details and anything you type into a form.
• Credit application data: submitted on a secure third-party application portal and shared with the lending bank. It is not collected or stored on this website.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device and pages viewed, collected by standard web server logs and any analytics we use.

How we use it

• To prepare the quote you asked for and to contact you about it by phone, email or, with your consent, text message.
• To process a lease with the dealer and lending bank you choose.
• To send lease specials or reminders if you opted in, which you can stop at any time.
• To operate, secure and improve the website.

Text messaging (SMS) and your mobile number

If you check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Worldwide Auto Leasing about your quote, vehicle availability, appointment reminders and, where you have opted in, lease specials. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share information with

• Dealers and lending banks needed to complete the lease you request.
• Service providers that run our website, email, forms, telephone and texting systems, under contracts that limit them to working for us.
• Authorities when the law requires it.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with anyone for their own marketing.

Security and retention

Forms are submitted over HTTPS. We keep quote requests and consent records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and carrier record-keeping requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

Children

The website is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
